We aim to promote human health and well-beings by improving sleep, through research and clinical practice based on the Behavioral Sleep Medicine and Sciences managed by Isa OKAJIMA Lab.

  • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for patients with insomnia, sleep-wake  disorders, or insufficient sleep syndrome
